We set up drop camps in an area where we feel you will have the best chance for success. Camps are set up with canvas wall tents and have cots, cooking gear, lanterns, tables, chairs, propane, potable water and wood stoves. Each tent has its own heat stove (wood or propane). All non-guided camps you must provide your own food, additional water and cooking.
Standard trips are 7 days, with the exception of first rifle which is a shorter season or unless previously arranged. 7 day trips consists of packing into camp on the first day, five hunting days, and packing out on the seventh day. Arrangements can be made for longer hunts for an additional fee if/ when available. We make every effort to arrange hunt dates to fit your desired times.
On your arrival day, we ask that you arrive no later than 8:45 am at our main base camp. We will familiarize you with the area as we pack you in. Please remember each hunter must limit packs to weigh no more than 60 lbs. or 80 lbs. including food. Your group will need to combine and pack your food down in standard 48qt Igloo style coolers prior to arriving at camp. No YETI or RTIC heavy style coolers will be allowed to be packed in on our horses. You will be responsible for cleaning and quartering your own animal for pack out from the kill site. One of our wranglers will check in with your party periodically and help pack out any game. Our horses do not remain at your camp and you will be hunting on your own.
Rifle hunts must have a minimum of 4 Hunters with a maximum of 6 per camp. Smaller horse back groups may be accepted during Archery or Muzzleloader seasons if available.

You will be responsible for cleaning and quartering your own animal for pack out from the kill site. One of our wranglers will check in with your party periodically and help pack out any game. You will need to provide your own transportation to your camp and you will be hunting on your own.
