Booking a Hunt

At the time of booking a 25% deposit must be paid by all members of your hunting party. A minimum of 50% deposit for each hunter is due by January 15 in order to hold hunting camps and dates. If a deposit and signed contract is not received by all members in the hunting party within 30 days of sending the agreement, any monies paid will be forfeited, dates of trip released and the contract will be null and void an in no way binding to Big Horn Outfitters. The full balance for each member of your group is due by July 15 of the hunt year. 

The deposit shall be held by the Outfitter for and on behalf of the Client and applied against the total fee. In the event the Client terminates their contract agreement or hunt, the deposit shall be forfeited to the Outfitter. 

Exception: for draw hunts, deposits will be transferred to another hunt season or year if the hunter is not drawn based upon availability. 

Wounding Policy: If you wound an animal (draw blood) every attempt will be made to recover your animal. If it is not recovered your hunt is deemed over.
